ORDERS AND SHIPPING
What is the delivery time and shipping price of my order?
Shipping is free on orders over €70 to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, choosing standard shipping method. Shipping on orders less than €70 has a cost of €4.50 (except for extraordinary promotions). There is the option of express shipping paying a total amount of €6.95 for the Peninsula and Portugal. The rates for shipments outside the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, in the case of Europe and the United States, are explained below.

· Rest of Europe: €12.95 VAT included.
· United States and Canada: €24.95 VAT included.
· Rest of the world: €34.95 VAT included.
For shipments in Europe and the rest of the world, depending on location, the delivery time ranges between 15 and 45 days respectively. For member countries of the European Union, the maximum delivery time will be 10 working days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the purchase confirmation. Once it is ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us at clients@humpier44.com
I have not received my order
If after the shipping period you have not received the order, please contact customer service at customers@humpier44.com with your first and last name, order number, date the order was placed and we will respond as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! Well, only if you're in Madrid. You can pick up your order at our flagship store at C/ Campoamor nº9, 28004, and at the DONTO STORE at Guzman El Bueno, 72, 28015. You have 15 days to pick up your order.
Open Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Before in-store pickup, you'll be notified by email, and it's essential that you bring both the order number and the name of the user who made the purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, immediately contact our customer service by email atclients@humpier44.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order has arrived and I am not there?
If your order has arrived and you were not at home, don't worry! Send us an email to clients@humpier44.com with your first and last name, order number and telephone number and we will coordinate the delivery with you again.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the deadline to make an exchange or return?
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to exchange or return your purchase.
The deadline for exchanges and returns on orders with in-store pickup begins when the package is prepared and ready for pickup. We'll notify you when your order is available so you can process it from that date.
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, you have a period of 3 months to replace it with a new one.
Physical exchanges and returns will only be accepted Monday through Friday.
I have received a defective product, what can I do?
You must write us an email to clients@humpier44.com within 3 months of receiving your purchase and we will tell you how to proceed.
I have received an incorrect product, what can I do?
You must write us an email to clients@humpier44.com within 30 calendar days after receiving your purchase and we will tell you how to proceed.
Exchange for size or item of the same amount
To register your exchange request through our form (https://returns.itsrever.com/humpier), you only need the order number and the email with which you placed the order.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You can choose between taking the order to a delivery point or requesting collection. Another order number will be generated and sent within our usual delivery times. Exchanges and returns processed physically will only be accepted from Monday to Friday.
Exchange for an item of a different amount
If there is a difference in the order amount, a payment link will be generated to pay the difference. In the event that it is an exchange on the same item with different amounts due to temporary promotions, the difference must also be paid.
Return of an item
From the moment you receive the order, you have 15 days to register your return request through this form (https://returns.itsrever.com/humpier), you only need the order number and the email with which you placed the order. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email and the refund to the original payment method or via an IBAN number. Returns will have a cost of €5.00.
Promotions and discount codes
Our exchange and return policy does not allow returns or exchanges for the purpose of repurchasing the same items by applying discounts and/or discount coupons not used in the original purchase. If this practice is detected, Humpier reserves the right to:
- Cancel the second purchase made with the discount or coupon in question.
- Reject the refund of the initial purchase.
- Take any other necessary measures to prevent the misuse of promotional codes.
Likewise, all items purchased with discounts and/or promotions are subject to the same exchange and return policies applicable to regular-priced products, without exception.

In the section of each product (as well as on the care label inside the garments) you will find the particular characteristics and care to keep your product in optimal conditions.

What are the accepted payment methods?
You can enter your code just before making the purchase. When placing your order, after the payment options, there is a box where you can enter the code you have.
If valid, the discount will be applied to the order summary. The system will not accept 2 different coupons or discounts on the same purchase.

Payment through PayPal. Directly to the Humpier account offered at checkout.
Payment by Bank Transfer. Indicating the name and surname, as well as the order number.
