REFUND POLICY
6.- Right of withdrawal, exchange and returns.


The user has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to execute the right of change or withdrawal. These days may be scheduled in exceptional circumstances. Purchases made during the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 1) will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of exchange or withdrawal.

In any event, situation or context, changes and returns can be made in two ways:

Processed online through the link https://returns.itsrever.com/humpier for orders within the Peninsula and Portugal, they have an associated charge of €5.00. For orders outside the peninsula, the exchange and return charge will be subject to consultation.

Exchanges and returns processed physically in our DONTO STORE store (Calle Guzmán el Bueno 72, 28015 MADRID), have no charge, they are free. The change or return must be notified to the emailclients@humpier44.com in advance and the client will be notified of the availability to make the change in question.

In both cases, the items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.

The refund of the amounts paid by the client will be made according to the exchange and/or return method used. Returns in a physical store will be paid to the same payment method used or by bank transfer, before 15 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. Purchases made during the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 1) will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

  • Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized will not accept exchange or return, except for those that have clearly visible manufacturing defects. Includes stickers

For all those products that meet the points below, changes or returns will not be accepted.

  • In case the garment has been tampered with.
  • In case the garment has been washed.
  • In case the garment gives off any type of odor.
  • In the event that the client's request is received after 15 calendar days. Except for purchases made during the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 1), which will have a period of 30 calendar days.

In any circumstance, Humpier reserves the right to exchange, return or withdraw the chosen garment according to its criteria and assessment of the condition of the product.

The return, exchange or withdrawal will be approved once the corresponding quality control has been passed.
